Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to share some difficult news regarding the future of KSTM Embroidery & Print.

After much consideration, we have made the decision to close the business. While KSTM has been a fantastic success, an unforeseen combination of circumstances and an overwhelming volume of work means we are simply out of options. Over recent months, we explored every possible avenue to keep going—streamlining processes, adopting new business software, extending lead times, and stepping back from taking on new customers. However, maintaining our high standard of quality without compromising client experience simply became unsustainable.

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude for your business, loyalty, and partnership over the years. I also want to sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding during the past few busy months as we navigated these operational challenges.
   

Any orders currently in production or already in our queue are unaffected and will be completed and delivered on schedule to our usual high standard. Customers with Hosted shops and users of our fulfilment services are asked to contact KSTM for further information.
